This Privacy Policy explains how NTL TECH MChJ, a company registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan and doing business as Dailyn ("Dailyn," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you use the Dailyn website, dashboard, email digests, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Dailyn is a digital service that delivers personalized news digests and related content through email, a web dashboard, and related product features. Certain parts of the Service may use AI-assisted processing to help analyze content, personalize results, and generate summaries or structured outputs.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

2.3 Digest History and Account Content

You may opt out of non-essential product communications at any time, but you may still receive transactional or legal communications necessary to operate your account or comply with legal obligations.

12. Children

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe that a child under 16 has provided personal data to us, please contact us at hello@dailyn.cc, and we will take reasonable steps to delete the data.
